Maria and Ilias, a honey beekeeping couple, enchanted by honey bee’s fascinating journey, commit themselves behind a clear common purpose: to produce excellent quality honey while respecting Mother’s Nature harmony.
2008
It all started in 2008, when Ilias initially started getting involved with beekeeping as an amateur. That very first harvest was shared with family and friends and a new love was born.
2012
By 2012, Ilias was well acquainted with the magical world of the honey bee and decided to make beekeeping his main occupation. Maria, being an agriculturist, brings in the team her know-how and assists in the business development.
Having Kaparelli as our base, a scenic village in the prefecture of Boetia (Viotia), we follow and further evolve the traditional practice of beekeeping. By following best practices, we create quality natural bee products with unique characteristics. Devotedly we study the local area’s blossoming, where our beehives are being kept. Thus we delve deeper into natural ways to cope with beehive diseases, ensuring and protecting the natural honey production cycle.
Our passion for the bee community gave birth to our product line, which we named The Royal One.
And our desire to generously offer, what once was a royal delicacy, to the whole world, is now our reality!
