Pine and Wild Herb Honey

The Royal One Pine and Wild Herb Honey is collected in the pine forests of Northern Evia (Euboea), an area known since antiquity for its rich and rare flora. The flowering of aromatic herbs and the excellent biodiversity of the area all contribute to producing top quality pine honey.

The Royal One Pine and Wild Herb Honey is a rich not particularly sweet honey, thanks to its low sugar content and has a characteristic, relatively dark, amber color (depending on the production season).

The high concentration of minerals and trace elements contained in its composition (calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper are just some of them), make Pine and Wild Herbs Honey a highly nutritious food with a wide range of nutrients all beneficiary for human health.

Pine honey in particular is considered the trademark of Greek beekeeping. The pine tree is the most important bee plant in Greece, as 65% of total honey production is pine honey.
